It is not a facsimile but based on the old wood-cut presentation of the Tarot de Marseille by Nicolas Conver from the 18th Century. The artist Otto Spalinger used a completely new coloring and considered different iconographic traditions to achieve this artistically impressive deck. The bright colors brings the old templates to new, sparkling life.
